Sangiovese grapes harvested in September and left to dry until Christmas, then pressed to obtain the must, fermented and aged in small oak barrels.
The result is a grat dessert wine, dry and sweet at the same time, with amazing and lovely perfumes. The name of the wine represents the unique colour of a grouse eye.
