Tenuta Casanova wines meet the Tuscan traditional food, a unique opportunity to taste a savory selection of delicious dishes while sipping a full glass of Chianti wine.
Surrounded by a beautiful Tuscan landscape between rosemary and olives, the guests will delight with Casanova products such as wines, olive oil, vinegar and honey. Then they will be taken by Silvano into the cellar to admire our wines Chianti Classico and Super Tuscans and the Acetaia with old balsamic vinegars.
After the visit, the guests will taste the wines and all our organic products, paired with some exceptional dishes we also prepare during our Cooking Classes. For example, fresh pasta (Rita’s Lasagna, with the traditional meat sauce or with our own pesto), and the truffles with scramble eggs (which we hunt for locally with our faithful dog Mia!). There is also a selection of different seasoning appetizers, including cheese and honey from our bees, typical meats from our free-range pigs, the special breed called ‘Cinta Senese’. Among our specialties are Rita’s savory bruschetta with the arrabbiata sauce. To finish, we will delight you with our impressive Balsamic Vinegar that has been aged for 30-years, splashed over ice cream.
All guests can buy the products of Tenuta Casanova just in the farm or by website, because Silvano and Rita don’t sell their products in supermarkets, shops, restaurants or hotels.
