Easy to fall in love (Rosè) – 1500 ml (50.70 oz)

A quality sparkling wine, extra dry, produced with the Charmat method. From our Sangiovese grapes, harvested in Early September, 2 weeks before the harvest time, for a lower sugar level, gently pressed and fermented without the skins, we obtain this very light pale rose color. This unusual nouance depends on the early harvest, when the skins are still a rose color and not completely dark. A perfect wine for aperitifs, cocktails and desserts, easy to drink, with a very low alcohol level. Fine perlage and elegant notes of delicate country flowers, rose petals, and fresh fruits.
