- Price:
The prices of the products that are offered for sale on the Website of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, are indicated in Euros and are the current prices at the time the Buyer places the Order. Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C may change the sale prices of the products at any time and without prior notice. Such change will be notified to the Buyer before the placing of any Order. Product prices include VAT and standard shipping charges, but do not include express shipping costs except as indicated in the delivery costs and delivery times. - Products and Offers:

In the event of total or partial cancellation of the Order:
• the Cancellation of the Buyer’s Order will take place automatically, at no charge to the Buyer.
• The Customer Service of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, will contact the Buyer to inform of the cancellation of the Order and offer to place a new Order excluding the unavailable product.Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C reserves the right to suspend or cancel the fulfilment of an Order and/or delivery, regardless of the nature and progress of the fulfilment, in case of non-payment or partial payment of any amount due by the Buyer, in case of problems with payment, or in case of fraud or attempted fraud related to the use of the Website of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, even with reference to previous Orders. In the event of rejection of the Order, Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will notify the Buyer that the Order cannot be accepted within 30 business days from the date of the Order. Once the Buyer confirms the Order by clicking on “Conclude Purchase”, the Buyer declares that he/she has knowingly accepted the contents and conditions of the Order in question and, in particular, these General Conditions of Sale, prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and ordered by the Buyer.
The sale shall be finalized only upon acceptance of the Order by Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, by sending an e-mail confirming that the Order has been processed, “E-mail Confirmation of Order Processing”.
Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C shall be entitled to collect the full price of the Order at the moment the Buyer confirms the order clicking on “Place order”.
Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C recommends that the Buyer should save the e-mails received from Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, in paper or electronic form. The Buyer is informed that the aforementioned e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the Buyer at the time of purchase. Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will not be responsible in case of invalid e-mail address entry and/or non-receipt of the Order Confirmation E-mail for reasons not directly attributable to Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C. In that case the sale will be considered as final.
The offers and sales promotions reserved by Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C to the Buyer are not cumulative and it is not expected that an item participates in multiple promotions in the same Purchase Order. - Payment:
Buyer warrants to Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C to have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen for the Order at the time of placing the Order.Payment Methods:
– Credit Cards;
– Paypal (with 3% of fee extra);
– Google Pay or Apple Pay;All Orders are payable in Euros, including taxes and mandatory fees. Ownership of the products ordered shall remain with Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C until such time as the full consideration for the Order, including shipping charges, taxes and other mandatory contributions (where applicable) are paid in full by the Buyer. All Orders, prior to being processed, are subject to genuineness checks directly by the relevant credit card issuing institutions for the protection of the Customer. If, for any reason whatsoever, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sale process will be automatically cancelled and the sale will be terminated pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. The Customer will be informed by automatic e-mail communication.
Communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the Customer at the time of payment happen on special protected lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of security protocols provided by the payment circuits. - Product delivery:
Products ordered by the Buyer under these GTC will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer as the delivery address on the Order “Delivery Address”. - Product shipping methods:
Standard shipping: always free with delivery within 40 business days, except to Oceania, Asia, Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom (UK), and Hawaii.
Minimum order: 3 L (≈3 kg) for all European countries and the United States; 4.5 L (≈4.5 kg) for Oceania, Asia, Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom (UK), and Hawaii. Example: 6 × 0.75 L bottles = 4.5 L.
Express shipping (on request):- 5–6 business days: €70 per 4.5 L
- 10–12 business days: €60 per 4.5 L
Express rates are charged for each additional 4.5 L increment.
Restrictions: Alcohol cannot be shipped to Utah and South Dakota (only non-alcoholic/other products allowed). - Defects, product nonconformities and damages:
The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, is requested to check the condition of the package and products at the time of delivery.
The acceptance of the delivery from the Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, excludes any responsibility of the Carrier and of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C for any anomaly in the package (damaged or opened package, trace of liquid, etc.)
Any anomaly in the ordered products (missing, defective or damaged products) must be reported to Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C on the same day of acceptance of the delivery. The missing report of anomalies on the same day of acceptance of delivery excludes any responsibility of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C for anomalies in the ordered products (missing, defective or damaged products).If the Carrier does not deliver because of:
• missing or incorrect information for the delivery
• maximum number of attempt of delivery by the Carrier
the product(s) will be returned to Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C.Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C cannot be considered responsible of any delay in the delivery and/or failed delivery and/or anomalies in the package (damaged or opened package, trace of liquid, etc.) once the Carrier takes charge of the shipping. At the moment of the Order, it is possible to request an insurance for the goods, prior payment for the corresponding extra cost. In case of anomalies of the package (damaged or opened package, trace of liquid, etc.) with insurance of the goods, Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will refund the Buyer with the amount liquidated by the Carrier and when the amount will be effectively cashed in by Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C.
In case of anomalies in the package (damaged or opened package, trace of liquid, etc.) and/or in the ordered products (missing, defective or damaged products), the Buyer or the recipient of the Order shall return the products to Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C following the procedures described below. Failure to follow the correct procedure precludes any recourse against the Carrier and/or Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, including the right to a refund of the Order and/or the redelivery of the products ordered. The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, may alternatively contact Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C Customer Service to learn how to return the damaged, non-conforming and/or defective product(s). The procedure for the return of damaged, non-conforming and/or defective product(s) that will be indicated by Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C Customer Service must be followed by the Buyer. Otherwise, the Buyer may not claim any refund or replacement of the affected products.
Following, the procedure that must necessarily be followed in the case of visible damage and/or anomaly of the package, noted in the presence of an express courier shipping manager:
• Reject the delivery and write on the courier document the set of reservations regarding the anomaly in a clear and detailed manner;

• The Customer Service of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C may ask for information regarding the identity of the Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, and undertake any verification that may be useful.
• The Customer Service of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will indicate to the Buyer, or to the addressee, the procedure to be followed to return the damaged or defective product, or to receive the missing products.
• Upon receipt of the products, Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will verify that such products are indeed defective, damaged or do not match the description provided on the Website.
• If such verification is positive, Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will replace the defective, damaged or non-conforming product and send it to the Buyer as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days from reception of the products. Shipping costs will be borne entirely by Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C. In the event that Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C is not able to proceed with the replacement of the products within the aforementioned period, Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will immediately notify the Buyer at the email address provided at the time of registration of the purchase and will reimburse the Buyer for the cost of such products and shipping costs where the Buyer provides proof of the cost incurred to return the products. The reimbursement will be made by Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C in the manner chosen at its discretion as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 (thirty) business days from the date on which it receives the products.
• In the event that, after examining the returned products, Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C finds reasonably that the products cannot be considered defective, damaged or do not conform to the description on the Website, the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund and the products will be returned to it, with shipping costs charged to the Buyer. - Right and terms for withdrawal exercise:
According to the provisions of the law (art.59 paragraph E DLGS 21/2/2014), the Buyer may, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of reception of the package containing the ordered goods, withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without any reason by contacting customer service. The Buyer, by exercising the right of withdrawal under this article, within the terms and in the manner described below for the return of the products, may obtain at its option:
• a refund of the amount paid for the products returned to the central warehouse, by re-crediting the relevant amount to its credit card or by bank transfer;
• the possibility of exchanging, at the point of sale of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, the products purchased on the Website www.tenutacasanova.com with other products available in the store;
• the credit of an amount equal to the price of the products returned to the central warehouse, usable only on the Website of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & CPursuant to Article 67 paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the costs of return will be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product within 14 (fourteen) days of reception of the Return Form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C may withhold the refund until it has received the goods.
The refund will be made through the procedure of reversal of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer using the bank details (IBAN Code of the invoice holder) provided of the Buyer on the Return Form.
The products must be returned to Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories and anything else supplied with them, in a condition such that they can be put back on sale.
Parcels sent at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted.The Buyer and/or the recipient of the Order must necessarily fill out the appropriate Return Form, received by email after contacting the Customer Service, duly completed and signed as indicated.
To exchange products purchased online in the store of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, the Buyer must present a copy of the purchase invoice or order processing confirmation received with the goods.
The exchange can be made only with products of equal or greater amount than those returned. Even partial re-credit of the amount spent can in fact be obtained only by returning the product to the headquarters. The return of products beyond the legal deadline established for withdrawal and contractual cancellation will not be accepted.Withdrawal exercise is not possible in case of products that are personalised or tailor-made, on goods subject to rapid deterioration or close expiry date, on sealed goods that are opened and are not returnable for hygienic purposes.
Withdrawal exercise is applicable only for Buyers from European Union.
- Liability:
The Buyer declares to have full capacity to act and enter into a contract for the purchase of products and/or services on the Website on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C shall under no circumstances be required to verify the capacity to act of visitors and Buyers of the Website of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C. In the event that a person lacking the necessary capacity to act (e.g. a minor) places an Order on the Website of Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C, without prejudice to the responsibility of his or her parents or legal guardians for such Order and the related payment, Azienda Agricola Casanova sas di Salvi Rita & C may refuse to accept the Order.
